To provide our event tracking services, we collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: When you log in using Google OAuth, we collect your email address and Google ID to create and manage your account.
• Communication Data: If you connect our Telegram bot to receive notifications, we securely store your Telegram ID.
• Tracking Queries: We collect and store the names of the events, games, or media you request us to track (e.g., "GTA VI release date").
• Payment Information: When you purchase additional tracking seats using Telegram Stars (XTR), we process payment transaction IDs and receipts. We do not collect or store your credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect primarily to deliver and maintain the core functionality of RemindMeOf:

• To authenticate your session and secure your account.
• To process your event queries and monitor the web for status updates.
• To send automated alerts and notifications to your connected Telegram account when an event's status changes.
• To manage your tracking capacity, free seats, and active subscriptions.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

Because RemindMeOf relies on external tools to monitor the web and parse data, some of your information is securely shared with third-party providers:

• Google Gemini API: We send the search engine results related to your tracking queries to Google's AI models to extract release dates and statuses.
• DataForSeo: We transmit your raw event tracking queries to DataForSeo to fetch the latest search engine result pages (SERPs).
• Telegram: We use the Telegram API to deliver notifications to your device and facilitate payments.

Note: We only share the necessary tracking queries and API keys with these services. We do not share your email address or personal identity with our search or AI providers.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We believe in minimal tracking. We use a single, secure, HTTP-only JSON Web Token (JWT) cookie named auth_token to keep you logged into the dashboard. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising cookies, or analytics scripts.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including a secure PostgreSQL database) to help protect your personal information. We retain your tracking data and account information for as long as your account is active. You may delete a tracker at any time, which will remove it from your active dashboard.
